Terms & Conditions

Here you’ll find a list of terms and conditions for all guests who book and stay with us in any of our properties.

The £85 surcharge

The surcharge is applied per booking regardless of the length of stay. This covers all of the cleaning and laundry costs as well as the delivery of the keys. 

Check-in and check-out
Arrival is from 2 pm and departure is by 11 am unless other arrangements have been made.

Standard property booking
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is made in full.

In case of cancellation, we do not offer refunds. Bookings are non transferable unless under exceptional circumstances.

We must operate a non-refundable policy. We thank you for your understanding of these terms.

If dates are available, you can extend your stay at any time whilst at any of our properties.

Parking at our properties
Both the apartment and townhouse come with their own car parking space. One (1) assigned parking space is included for standard size vehicles.

Bedding and towels
Bedding and towels are included in our properties.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our properties. If any guests are found to be smoking, there may be additional charges applied to their booking for specialist cleaning.

Pets
No pets are allowed in any of our properties.

Parties
No parties or events are allowed on any of our properties.

Barbecues
No barbecues are allowed in any of our properties. If this is not adhered to, costs of cleaning and repairs to any damages caused will be paid for in full by guests.

Wi-Fi
All our properties have Wi-Fi. Any outages caused by our third party providers is out of our control.

Cots and Highchairs
We can provide cots and highchairs. Please let us know if you require these and we will arrange these for you. There will be a small charge for this service.

Golf bookings
All bookings for tee times, club hire and transfers are made through our affiliated partner, we will not be held responsible for any cancellations or modifications to associated reservations.

Behaviour
At ‘Get Up and Go Rentals’, we want our guests to enjoy their stay. We kindly ask everyone to maintain respectful and social behaviour, both within the properties and towards the neighbours. Please keep in mind that even though you are on holiday, you will be staying in a private property surrounded by local residents. If, for any reason, a complaint, claim, or report is made by neighbours or competent authorities regarding the behaviour of one or more guests, they may be asked to vacate the properties with no refund provided. Please be aware that most communities in Spain have their own rules that guests must adhere to.

Liability
The owners accept no liability for any personal injury, death, loss or damage of guests personal property within any of our properties.

Responsibility
‘Get Up and Go Rentals’ shall not be held responsible for the loss or misplacement of luggage, theft, damages, or accidents unrelated to the management of ‘Get Up and Go Rentals’ itself. – The guest(s) agree(s) to use the rented accommodation responsibly, thereby releasing ‘Get Up and Go Rentals’ from any liability; the guest(s) may be held responsible for damages caused intentionally or unintentionally due to improper use of the accommodation.

‘Get Up and Go Rentals’ reserves the right to update any of these terms at any time if deemed necessary according to ‘Get Up and Go Rentals’ activities.

Other notes.

We are not responsible for any personal items left in any of our properties during your stay. Please exercise due diligence in closing windows and locking all doors when leaving the properties.

The tenant is fully responsible for any damage in our properties or within the community.
