This spacious 2 bedroom (double and 2/3 singles), 1 bathroom townhouse is located in the thriving hub of La Zenia. The property is in the heart of La Zenia just a 10-minute walk (800 yards) from the beach.

A newly furnished townhouse with a beautiful fully-fitted kitchen (which includes a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, and all other essentials) situated in a beautiful urbanization, with a lovely communal pool area right at the front door! As well as being only 800 yards from the beach this house is just around the corner from one of Spain’s most significant shopping malls - La Zenia Boulevard and the Saturday markets. Just 3 minutes to the local supermarket and tons of restaurants within walking distance.
This property offers you everything you could want and more.
Ideal booking patterns are Monday - Friday or Friday to Monday. You can also book Saturday to Saturday if required.
Airports: Alicante (40min) or Murcia International (40min).
Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged by us (depending on availability) or by taxi or a hire car can be collected at the airport.
