This spacious, air-conditioned, 2 bedroom (double and 2/3 singles), 2 bathroom apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably and is located on the first floor of an exclusive gated development with lifts and a communal rooftop solarium.

As well as having a stunning communal pool with plenty of room to sit in the sun and enjoy the gardens, the apartment is only a short walk to the white sandy beaches of the Orihuela Costa.

On entering, you have a lovely hallway leading to the main living/dining room and a beautiful fully-fitted kitchen (which includes a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and all other essentials). There is a traditional Spanish-style balcony which has plenty of room to enjoy your breakfast, and watch the sun go down with a cool glass of wine!

Ideal booking patterns are Monday - Friday or Friday to Monday. You can also book Saturday to Saturday if required.

Airports: Alicante (40min) or Murcia International (40min).
Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged by us (depending on availability) or by taxi or a hire car can be collected at the airport.

Arrival is from 2pm and departure is by 11am unless other arrangements have been made.
